1. Who operates this website

www.peakaviation.eu and the Peak Aviation mobile application are operated jointly under the shared Peak Aviation brand by three legally separate entities. Each is an independent legal person and independent data controller for the products it delivers. No entity assumes liability for a contract concluded with another entity, and no joint liability exists between Peak Aviation entities unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve every complaint amicably. If you are an EU/EEA consumer and are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП, www.kzp.bg) or an approved ADR body in your country of residence (directory: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies). The competent courts for unresolved disputes are the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to your right as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform referenced in earlier versions was discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.)

All content on the Website and App is owned by Peak Aviation FZC LLC or licensed to the relevant contracting entity. See Article 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
