www.peakaviation.eu (the "Website") and the Peak Aviation mobile application are operated jointly under the shared Peak Aviation brand by three legally separate entities. Each entity is an independent legal person and an independent data controller for the products and services it delivers. No entity assumes liability for a contract concluded with another entity, and no joint liability exists between Peak Aviation entities unless expressly stated in writing.

The competent courts for unresolved disputes are the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to your right as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence. All content on the Website and in the Peak Aviation mobile application — including course materials, examination questions, brand assets, graphics, and software — is owned by Peak Aviation FZC LLC or licensed to the relevant contracting entity.
